The fruits of all the volunteer’s labours are to be seen in the gardens of Missionvale Complex this autumn. The work done initially on the water conservation and in the gardens is really paying dividends as can be seen from the attached photos. 

Water system is working very well and all tanks nearly full, that’s 280cubic metres (66,000 gallons), which should keep them going for months. With more rain due in next couple of weeks it all looks good for them. Andy and Liam are currently designing and looking at possibility of erecting a large steel elevated tank for more storage and associated work. Report has to be submitted for review and approval and of course getting the funds, so hopefully there could be major work possibly starting in 2020.
