On Sunday, December 13th 2015, Santa visited St. John Bosco Community College, Kildysart. Students from the school, Santa’s elves, assisted Santa along with the help of Deirdre Convey, Seamus Mc Quaid, Nora Coyle, Carmel Moroney and Claire Convey.
It was a day of true community spirit where children, parents and grandparents all enjoyed the festive atmosphere in the school where they were treated to a cuppa and cake while the children took part in many games and activities in the PE hall, under the guidance of Jean and Suzie, while they eagerly awaited their visit to Santa.
The total proceeds from the day, £1,070, went towards the children of Missionvale.
